Silent Machines is the title of an exhibition and film produced by Hyperlink Athens, set on the premesis of the former Columbia pressing plant in Rizoupoli, Athens. Since ceasing operations in April 1990, the abandoned structure has seen many different uses, housing squaters and scavengers as well as underground parties and so-called mystic gatherings.

The project also features the work of Paul Barsch & Tilman Hornig, MRZB, Alexandra Koumantaki and Yannis Voulgaris, in addtion to an audio track made by Georgios Karamanolakis.

Documentation of the rest of the exhibtion, as well as the film, can be viewed on the Hyperlink Athens website.
